MindStep Online CBT

MindStep Online CBT provides a provide a range of online courses designed to help you identify, understand and improve psychological difficulties such as stress, insomnia, worry, anxiety and depression. MindStep Online CBT’s team of dedicated mental health coaches translate the tools and strategies used in face-to-face cognitive behavioural therapy treatment into practical online courses accessible from home. These courses will teach you new coping skills to improve how you are feeling and create positive change in your wellbeing.

This program takes four to eight weeks to complete and includes four personalised calls from a mental health coach.

Policy eligibility

All financial members aged 18 years and over and covered by our Gold tier and Silver Plus Assure Hospital products are fully covered for the MindStep Online CBT program. Eligible members will have held Gold tier or Silver Plus Assure Hospital cover for a minimum two months. Members are eligible for this program once in their lifetime.
