Anxiety and depression can be debilitating.
MindStep is a six-week phone-based program, designed to support you with practical and convenient delivery of services.
You are supported by a personal mental health coach, trained to empower you with practical strategies and tools to better manage your mental health.
As a tailored program, MindStep is personalised to your needs and provides support while you are receiving care from your General Practitioner, psychologist or psychiatrist – all at a time that suits you and in the privacy of your home or familiar surroundings.
The MindStep program is fully-funded for eligible Westfund members.*
We’re pleased to share the story of MindStep client Ralph. Ralph’s world was turned upside down by a family tragedy. Whilst struggling to manage depression Ralph was introduced to the MindStep service and with the support of his personal mental health coach, he was able to make some significant changes to his mental well-being and get back to doing the things he loved.
